   - For services such as yoga classes, sound baths, massages, and other physical healing sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
   - Failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of the service fee.

1.2. Products:
   - We do not accept returns for physical products.

2. Refund Process:

   - Refunds for services will be issued in the form of store credit or membership credit.
   - No cash refunds are available for services.

2.2. Products:
   - Refunds for products will be issued in the form of store credit or membership credit.
   - No cash refunds are available for products.

3. Store Credit & Membership Credit:

3.1. Store Credit:
   - Store credit can be used towards the purchase of any service or product offered by Love & Light.
   - Store credit expires after 90 days and can be transferred.

3.2. Membership Credit:
   - If applicable, membership credit can be utilized according to the terms and conditions outlined in the membership agreement.
   - Membership credit is non-transferable.

4. Exceptions:
   - In the case of extenuating circumstances, Love & Light may consider exceptions to this policy at its discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund:

   - Provide your name, contact information, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation for your refund request.

Participant Acknowledgment and Consent Form - Online Version

Welcome to Love & Light Plant Experience Center! Your well-being and harmony are our top priorities. Before engaging in any physical activities on our website or in-person classes, please carefully read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions. By continuing with the class, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in physical activities, including but not limited to yoga, sound bath, massage, and other forms of physical healing, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, bodily injury, strains, sprains, and other potential hazards associated with movement and physical contact.

2. Health Status:
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that could be aggravated by the activities mentioned above. I have consulted with a healthcare professional, if necessary, to ensure my ability to participate in these activities safely.

3. Responsibilities:
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety during the class and will follow all instructions provided by the instructor. If at any point I feel discomfort or believe that the activity exceeds my physical abilities, I will immediately inform the instructor.

4. Physical Contact:
I understand that certain activities in the class may involve physical contact from the instructor or other participants for demonstration, correction, or assistance. I am comfortable with such contact and will communicate any concerns or boundaries to the instructor.

5. Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the class, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Love & Light Plant Experience Center, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the class.

6. Photo and Video Release:
I grant Love & Light Plant Experience Center the right to take photographs and videos of me during the class for promotional and marketing purposes. I agree that these images may be used in print or online without compensation.
